We created The Hidden Sea to captivate our friends while allowing them to feel a part of something bigger than themselves, celebrate the amazing place we make our wine and look and taste damn great. By Drinking this bottle of The Hidden Sea we will remove and recycle 10 plastic bottles from the ocean.   The small quantities of high-quality fruit produced rich wines with great depth and complexity. The fermentation was cool, and the fruit was on skinsfor 8-10 days to ensure the fruit vibrancy was enhanced. Careful use of selected yeast and oak for background characters add interest to this wine without defecting interest from the red fruit aromas and flavours.
